Before we take you to our order forms, we request that all new customers provide some information, for future reference. Fortunately, once this information is collected, any future orders will be much easier to place.

If you are an Ontario sign company who is PST exempt, please download a copy of the Ontario Retail Sales Tax exemption form. Print and fill out PAGE 5 ONLY of the form, and fax it back to us. Our fax number can be found here.
